Sara Altrueter

Sara is currently a junior studying Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science. She is also the Vice President Internal for the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) at Virginia Tech. She has been a part of SHPE since her freshman year and enjoys encouraging others to pursue their passion for STEM through her leadership positions. Outside of SHPE she is also involved in Undergraduate Research, specifically cancer research. She is excited to be able to help facilitate another successful CAMEO Career Fest this upcoming year.
